Removing the old range from the kitchen

I didn't get a photo before work started this morning but here's one from 2015 just before we moved in.

The old range, which no longer works, will be relocated to the new kitchen/living extension as a feature.

Support beams installed and extension marked out.

In the morning the two support beans at the existing end of the house were installed.

In the afternoon the extension area and the location of the piles were marked out.

Back of the house opened up

Dean and Ryan resumed work after the Christmas break and started opening up the back of the house to put in structural support.

Woodshed moved

The alterations begin

First step is to demolish the small entrance area and toilet at the back of the house.
